I am excited about coming home ... for all kinds of reasons..

It's 5:30pm in Montreal and Elisabeth and I are munching on Doritos in the hospital while we wait for their pager to go off, telling us that Daniel is out of surgery, has left post-op and is on his way to recovery. We were expecting to take him home at 4pm, and hope that the delay is due to schedulling rather than complications. We're now hoping to take him home by 7pm.
